We Are Back Collecting Holiiday Home Waste In Cornwall!

We hope that you have kept safe and well during the COVID-19 lockdown period.

I appreciate that this has been a very unsettling and uncertain time for us all and I am sure that you are hoping that the Government will confirm that holiday homes can re-open to the public with effect from 4 July 2020 as anticipated.

We will be recommencing the provision of waste collection services with effect from Monday 29 June 2020. Please find further details; regarding the specific start date in connection with your waste collection services, below.

Week One

We will be checking all bins to make sure they are empty in readiness for your first guests to arrive. We will re-line any bins and / or clean any bins, as necessary.

Opening Hours

Our offices will be open as usual from 29 June 2020. We anticipate that we may have a number of customer queries to assist with so please do bear with us if it takes us a little while longer than usual to respond to you. COVID 19

We have undertaken an assessment of our working practices in light of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in line with current Government guidance to protect our staff and customers. Our staff will be taking the following additional precautions in connection with the delivery of the Services:

• All staff will wear face masks.
• Staff will sanitize and disinfect all hard surfaces paying particular attention to frequently touched areas such as the bin lid.
• All staff will be using disposable cloths and gloves; and   
• All staff will be disposing of gloves, safely and washing their hands regularly particularly after removing gloves, and other protection used while cleaning.

Our priority is the safety of our staff and customers, and we will continue to carefully monitor the current situation and implement appropriate measures in line with current Government guidance as required. Notes regarding contracts and resigns:

For customers whose contracts had expired on or after 23 March 2020 , we ask that you get in touch with us so we can put a new contract in place to commence from the date that Government gives its permission that holiday homes can re-open in England
